Epidemiology is a scientific
discipline widely asked for in clinical (human or veterinary)
research, industry and policymaking. With ‘evidence
based medicine' setting the new standards, need for specialists
in design, data collection, analysis and interpretation
of epidemiological and clinical research is growing.
This program covers the methods for quantitative analysis
and evaluation of occurrence relations in human or veterinary
medicine.
Fields of epidemiological research are:

- Diagnostic Research
- Prognostic Research
- Therapeutic Research

| Requirements |
|
- You need to have a B.Sc. in Biomedical Sciences, Life
Sciences, Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Medicine, Veterinary
Medicine, Environmental Sciences or equivalent for admission
to this program. Basic medical knowledge is a prerequisite
- We expect an explicit interest in applied (bio)medical
research and affinity with one of the aforementioned
domains.
- Proficiency (written and spoken) in English.
