Requirements Only Physicians with at least four years of experience will be considered for the program

Methods Trainees work in the assigned hospital department 5 days a week. They participate in the routine activities of the host department, including departmental seminars and conferences, and supervised rounds, bedside instruction, surgery and invasive procedure s. Lectures on general topics in medicine, health sciences, and cultural aspects of Israel are given on the Tel Aviv University campus

Course fee
Scholarship Applicants from certain geographic regions are awarded grants covering tuition, lectures, health insurance, malpractice insurance, hotel accommodation, professional tours and organized excursions around Israel, and in addition receive a monthly stipend of about $400 to partially cover the cost of living in Tel Aviv, which is approximately $700 a month. Information about eligibility for grants and application forms are available at Israeli Embassies.
Grants are not available for applicants from the United States, Canada and certain other industrialized countries, and they have to cover their own expenses, including housing and living expenses.
Accommodation Accommodation, insurance and necessary licenses are arranged through the Program office.

Content
Conducted jointly with Tel Aviv University’s Sackler School of Medicine, this innovative program is a response to one of the main problems of Israel’s healthcare system — the lack of trained senior management. Students learn to apply a broad range of management tools to the special problems of healthcare systems in general and Israel’s system in particular.
This twofold emphasis prepares graduates to fill a broad spectrum of management roles within a variety of healthcare frameworks and organizations. Students may complete the course of study, with or without a thesis.

Profile
Applications will be considered from those holding a bachelor’s degree with a minimum grade of 75 or those holding a graduate degree. All candidates are required to pass the GMAT, with the exception of those holding a graduate degree from a recognized institution of higher learning in Israel and those with an M.D. or Ph.D..
