This 2-day scientific meeting will bring together a newly convened group of interested physicians from European countries, who will meet to discuss and reach consensus on key questions on co-infection of HIV with both HBV and HCV.
The consensus approach taken will be fully encompassing and will be performed following the NIH procedural guidelines. For a synopsis of these guidelines, together with an outline of the procedure as applied to the recent NIH Consensus Statement on Management of Hepatitis C

We are pleased to confirm that the consensus statement involving an independent jury panel will shortly be published in the Journal of Hepatology (May 2005) and will be available to view on this website, www.coinfectionecc.org from July. The presentations from the conference will also be available on this website from this September.
