Part 1: Re sea rch methodology/theoretical
section
Part 2: Project proposal writing/practical section
The main objective of this diploma course is to strengthen
the capabilities of the participants in relation to project
planning, management and reporting in order to meet the
organizational, logistic and scientific challenges associated
with health research project implementation. It thus fulfils
a well recognized need for candidates from developing
countries, as many projects in endemic areas are hampered
by weak research design and planning. Participation in
this course may be supplemented by participation in one
or more of DBL's certificate courses which are held in
endemic areas and which offer training in practical research
skills and methods. |
